Patricia Sanchez

Patricia Sanchez joined Fenton Nelson in 2010.  Prior to joining the firm, Patricia was a consultant for the healthcare advisory branch of PriceWaterhouseCoopers, where she worked on revenue cycle, strategic planning and policy implementation projects for several payor and provider healthcare clients ranging from hospital systems to health insurance networks. As a consultant, she also worked internationally on the organizational restructuring of a five-hospital medical corporation in the Middle East, as well as working with the State of California on the development of a state-wide surge plan for hospitals.

At Fenton Nelson, Patricia currently specializes in advising clients on regulatory and compliance issues, as well as transactional matters for physician practices and healthcare facilities including long-term care and behavioral health facilities.  She also works on the development and implementation of compliance plans and policy manuals regarding HIPAA, FDA audits, clinical trials and operational issues. 

Patricia earned her Juris Doctorate from UC Hastings College of the Law, with a Law & Health Sciences concentration.  She earned a Master of Public Health from UCLA in the Health Services Department and earned her bachelor’s degree in social welfare with a psychology emphasis from UC Berkeley.

Patricia is a member of the American Health Lawyers Association and the Hispanic National Bar Association.
