Claire Fenton

Claire B. Fenton joined the law firm in 2010.  In 2008, Claire earned her Juris Doctorate from Loyola Law School, where she graduated cum laude and Order of the Coif.  She received First Honors for the highest grade in the class in Family Law, Ethical Lawyering and Sexuality Law.  During law school, Claire served as Foreign Law Clerk to Aharon Barak, the Chief Justice of the Supreme Court of Israel. She received her Bachelor of Arts degree in political science from the University of California at Santa Cruz.

In addition to representing health care providers in administrative matters, Claire advises clients on compliance with California’s medical cannabis laws. In addition to her law practice, Claire devotes considerable time to community service and currently serves on the board of two local nonprofit organizations.
