Fenton Nelson attorneys gathered for the firm's first ever Strategic Planning Retreat at the Annenberg Community Beach House at Santa Monica State Beach, a new oceanfront facility. The retreat was facilitated by Sharon Rich, a renowned consultant and founder of Leadership Incorporated.
The retreat focused on executing on the firm's vision of providing the most effective and value-driven possible representation of healthcare providers in California and beyond. "We dedicate so much of our time and energy to counseling clients on how to sustain their businesses in a rapidly changing healthcare environment," said managing partner Harry Nelson. "It is critical for us to undertake the same process ourselves to manage and sustain our own growth."
